Delivery Policy

Vrinda Ved is a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped. We sell access to software and to written astrological readings delivered inside the app. There are no couriers, no tracking numbers, no shipping charges and no customs duties, and we do not sell gemstones, yantras, puja services or any other physical or offline product.
1. What you receive
- A subscription unlocks your plan’s features on your account: chart tools, readings, transit tracking, compatibility analysis and your monthly question allowance.
- A one-time top-up adds deep-dive readings to your account balance.
- Readings and charts are generated on demand and appear in the app. You can view them any time you are signed in, and export them where the app offers that option.
2. When it is delivered

Delivery is to your Vrinda Ved account, not to a postal or email address. Sign in on any device to reach it.
3. Confirmation
You will see your new plan reflected in the app straight away, and you will receive a payment receipt by email from our payment provider — Razorpay for payments in Indian Rupees, Creem for other currencies.
4. If something does not arrive
Occasionally a payment succeeds but the confirmation from the provider reaches us late, and your plan appears not to have activated. Please try the following in order:
- Refresh the page, or sign out and back in.
- Wait 30 minutes — the overwhelming majority of these resolve on their own.
- Write to support@vrindaved.com with your payment reference. We activate the plan manually, normally the same business day and always within 48 hours.

5. Service availability
The Service is available worldwide over the internet, 24 hours a day, subject to maintenance and to the availability limits in our Terms of Service. You are responsible for your own internet access and device. Some jurisdictions restrict astrology services; where use is unlawful where you are, we cannot deliver to you.
6. Charges
There are no delivery, shipping or handling charges. The price on the Pricing page is what you pay. For purchases outside India, Creem acts as Merchant of Record and may add sales tax, VAT or GST as required by your country’s law; that amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
