This Disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it before acting on anything Vrinda Ved tells you.

1. The nature of what we provide

Vedic astrology (Jyotish) is a traditional interpretive system with deep cultural and historical roots. It is not a science, its predictive claims have not been established by scientific evidence, and we make no claim that they have been. We present it in that spirit.

We are precise about the part that can be precise. Planetary positions are computed with the Swiss Ephemeris using the Lahiri ayanamsa, and we hold ourselves to a high standard there. The interpretation laid over those positions is a matter of tradition and judgement, on which reputable practitioners disagree, and it is not a statement of fact about you or your future.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site or in the app is, or should be taken as:

• Medical or psychological advice. Never delay seeking, or disregard, medical or mental-health care because of something a reading said. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and we make no claim about health outcomes, fertility, pregnancy, longevity or cause of death.
• Financial or investment advice. We are not registered with SEBI or any financial regulator. Nothing we produce is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, or to enter any transaction.
• Legal advice. Nothing we produce should inform how you conduct litigation, a contract or any legal matter.
• Career, relationship or life advice that you should follow in place of your own judgement or that of a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

Using the Service does not create any professional relationship — astrologer, adviser, counsellor or otherwise — between you and us.

3. Content is generated by AI

Readings, interpretations and chat replies are produced by large language models, automatically, with no human reviewing them before you see them. This has consequences you should hold in mind:

• models can state things confidently and be wrong;
• the same question can produce different answers on different days;
• an answer may blend traditions, or apply a rule in a way a trained practitioner would not;
• no astrologer has vetted the output, and no licensed professional of any kind has reviewed it.

Where the Service cites a classical source, that citation is generated too and should be verified against the text before you rely on it.

4. No guarantee of accuracy or outcome

We do not warrant that any prediction, timing, remedy or interpretation is accurate, complete, reliable, or will come to pass. Charts depend entirely on the birth details you supply — a few minutes’ error in birth time changes the Lagna and with it the whole reading, and we have no way to verify what you enter.

Any decision you take after reading something here is your own, taken at your own risk. Please treat what you read as a prompt for reflection rather than an instruction.

5. Remedies, gemstones and rituals

Where traditional remedial measures — gemstones, mantras, fasts, charitable acts, puja — are described, they are presented as part of the classical tradition, not as measures we claim will work. We make no claim that any remedy produces any material, medical or financial result. We do not sell gemstones, yantras or ritual services, we take no commission from anyone who does, and we would encourage you to be cautious with anyone who tells you a specific purchase will fix a specific problem.

Never substitute a remedial measure for medical treatment.

6. Readings about other people

Compatibility analysis describes how two charts interact. It is not an assessment of a person’s character, fidelity, health or worth, and it must not be used to make consequential decisions about someone — including decisions about marriage, employment, tenancy or care — or to justify treating anyone differently. A low compatibility score is not a verdict on a relationship.

7. What we will not do

The Service is not designed for, and must not be used for, screening or evaluating people — for jobs, tenancies, loans, admissions, insurance or partnerships. Doing so may also be unlawful where you are.

The Service may link to other sites or reference third-party material. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

9. Testimonials

Any user testimonial we display is that individual’s own experience and opinion. It is not typical, not a guarantee, and not evidence that you will experience the same.

10. Limitation of liability

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The limitations and exclusions in clauses 13 and 14 of our Terms of Service apply in full to everything on this page.
